My name is Toby Fast and I am the owner/operator of Fast Improvements, Inc. For the past 30 years, I’ve been in the construction trades. Since 2005, I have been loyally building in the Capital Region area of Albany NY. From larger commercial construction, down to your handyman needs, I cover every trade. In addition to my construction skills, I recently became a rep for DECKED.COM and can install a variety of storage units in trucks and vans.
